Our Team
Was born in 1972. He finished Faculty of Sciences, Department of Geography in Novi Sad. After graduation he continues with education and finishes his specialization in the year 2004, which allowed him to continue to the Masters studies that he finishes in 2007. His PhD thesis Miloš defends in 2008 at the Faculty of Sports and Tourism. During his studies he is occupied by problems in tourism, specifically with the sustainable development, tourism regionalization, management of tourist destinations and organization of the human segments in tourism. He is an author of one monography and many scientific papers recognized in Serbia and abroad.
His working experience Miloš started gathering even during his studies, when he was engaged in managing one restaurant. During the period of 1997 to 2006 he was working as a sales manager as well as tourist guide/tour leader for many travel agencies including Kon Tiki Travel, Rekreaturs, Cityturs and Karpati, in many destinations like Tunis, Egypt, Romania, Hungary etc. Starting from 2006 he was working at the Faculty of Sports and Tourism, where he was elected to docent. He worked at the Faculty until the year 2010 when he opens his consultancy company Futurizam ltd in Novi Sad, where he is a lead expert and manager on many projects in Serbia and abroad. Currently he is employed as a professor at the College of Professional studies „Prof. Dr Radomir Bojkovič“ from Kruševac.
During his academic and working career Miloš gained different experiences, especially within writing strategic documents and leading projects. He is a person who knows contemporary trends in tourism very well, as well the state of tourism in the region with the experience of over 25 years. He is married and successful father of three.
Miloš Ćuruvija
Graduated in the year 2000 at Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management at the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad. The same year she enrols at Postgraduate studies which she ends in 2006, and in 2008 she defends her PhD thesis. During her Postgraduate studies she was engaged as teaching professor at Faculty of Sports and Tourism, where she was elected to docent. She was working at the Faculty until 2011, when she becomes a consultant in Futurizam ltd. In the period of 2011 to 2019 Ivana was working as a consultant for Progress International from Cyprus, specifically on delivering training for cruise ship crew, mostly for cruse companies Costa and Tui Cruises. Currently she is employed as a professor at the College of Professional studies „Prof. Dr Radomir Bojkovič“ from Kruševac.
Apart from her academic knowledge and engagement, Ivana has a long working experience in tourism practice. In the period between 1997 and 2006 she works as a representative, tourist guide and sales manager in Kon Tiki Travel, covering many destinations (Tunis, Czech Republic, Austria, Turkey etc.). At the beginning of 2007 she finished a training in the International training centre od World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA) in Nicosia and becomes a national trainer for tourist guides. The following year in Cyprus she gains the licence of WFTGA International trainer, as well as finishes the training for the cruise guide trainer. Since then, she is involved in organization and delivery of many tourist guide training in Serbia and around the world including Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Bosnia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Singapore, and as a main expert and trainer in Qatar. As an expert in tourist guides’ training she was engaged in writing by-laws for local tourist guides in Bosnia, Azerbaijan, Qatar, and as a member of a Barker-Langham Recruiting team from UK she was involved in creation of strategy for tourist guiding in NEOM region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Above all mentioned, she is a founder and the president of Serbian National Tourist Guide Association, with which she worked on organizing and delivery of many projects related to tourism and tourist guiding.
