Within the project of Training and Mentoring Implementation Futurizam conducted 4 one-day workshops and carried out the mentoring program for small and medium size companies and entrepreneurs in tourism and hospitality sectors as well as in the sector of food production from Braničevo and Podunavlje region.
Workshops were organized to cover different subjects including How to apply to available funding, Digital marketing in practice, Rural and gastro tourism, and Management in hospitality and tourism.
Mentoring program, including individual consultancy services, Futurizam carried out for 10 individual users. The goal was to provide hands on help to the users with the specific outcome. The areas covered by the individual consultancy services were the improvement of the technological process, management and business planning, implementation of standards and marketing.
